On May 22, 2013 Google’s Matt Cutts announced the release of Google penguin update 2.0, the next generation Google web spam algorithm. The impact of this update has been seen at major level by thousands of webmasters complaining their websites has been not in Google search result for their high ranking keywords. We must believe about what webmasters are saying because Matt also announced that this new update has affected 2.3% of English search queries and this is really a big number of search queries affected by this algorithm update.
Matt already confirmed this in his many earlier videos that the next update of penguin will be big one and same thing happened just after release of new updated penguin algorithm. Websites has been just crashed and could not maintain their keyword position after this update. Webmasters just keep searching how to recover their websites from this Google penguin update 2.0 and really they are not finding what they are looking for. In couple of days webmasters can see some great posts by bloggers on this update and how to recover your website from this Google penguin update 2.0, if you have been affected and caught by Google in this update.
Hope things will be easier for webmasters very soon and they can expect some increment for their keyword positions as soon as the Google system will be stable after completion of this update. Though update is finished and we can’t expect miracles, but still keep your fingers crossed and try to figure out what problem caused your website to be caught by this Google penguin update 2.0, the fourth (4) of all Google penguin updates rolled out till now.
